The applied focus of our Faculty is to mentor and nurture their students towards their learning goals. Our faculty is in tune with the growing need for Torah and religious knowledge of all levels of life and learning. From basic knowledge to Kollel level. Our Faculty brings to its students, not only a broad range of knowledge, but a revolutionary sustem of delivery that brings the student closer to attaining mastery of the subject matter.

Our strategy is to assemble and nurture a faculty whose interests and skills complement each other, and who work well together to produce a broad range of Torah learning that is geared towards furthering the light of Torah into this world.

Yeshivas Pirchei Shoshanim is home to the world's most intellectually interesting and diverse rabbanim. The rabbanim offer an almost breathtaking array of courses, seminars, and reading groups, which cover every major substantive area of Torah study and approach Halacha from a wide variety of methodological perspectives.

Beyond the classroom, teh rabbanim are at the cutting edge of Halachic and religious practice. Their scholarship -- which runs the gamut from aleph beis to Talmudic of Halacha,-- offers exciting new perspectives on Torah issues.. Faculty members enrich their scholarship, as well as their teaching, by engaging in varied "real-world" activities, often becoming chaplains in the armed forces, assisting in developing Jewish programs for new communities, or providing yeshiva staff to further Torah education gloablly.
